Promote your restaurant with events
Hosting events is an effective marketing tool if you want to create visibility and PR for your restaurant. Here are some tips and ideas on how to use DinnerBooking events in your marketing.
If you want to increase the awareness of your restaurant without any big budgets, hosting events is an obvious solution. Events are – among other things – a breeding ground for additional sales, potential new customers and last but not least a great deal of PR.
Live music, guest chefs, monthly cooking classes etc. – The possibilities are endless, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be comprehensive to host events! Small simple and targeted events can easily make it big. Here are a few examples on how to use DinnerBooking events:
Newly opened restaurants can create extra attention about their opening by running an opening offer. Just serve your menu to a reduced price – Simple but effective.
You can also use events to fill up the tables in the restaurants on quiet days and nights. Just make a good offer on the less busy evenings – For example a three-course menu at a reduced price.
One of the events that have sold well recently is Noé Vinbar in Odense in Denmark. They offered a special prize for a ‘delicious dish’ including a glass of rosé with a 57% discount. So – It doesn’t necessarily have to be a special occasion; it can also just be a great offer in order for your event to be a success.
Specific holidays like Easter, Christmas, New Year’s etc. can be a great occasion to host specific events or dinners.
